What Causes Circular Itchy Spots On The Clitoris?

I ve had intercourse a couple time and I got sore but when the feeling calmed down I had intercourse again. I stopped after that cause it started it hurt then the next day my labia became extremely sore. My lips became sore and it was painful. It hurt for the whole day and the next day I got my period and by the end of the day the swelling went down and so did the pain. When I noticed that my clitoris was peeling. It had this circles/spots where skin looks as though it s peeling and it itches as well.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to fungal infection. Using anti fungal ointments like Miconazole or Terbinafine (Lamisil) will be helpful for this. These are available as over the counter. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area as it can irritate more. You can use intimate wash daily which will be helpful in restoring normal vaginal bacterial flora and PH.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
