Hello,

Weakness and indigestion may be age-related or it may be due to acid peptic disease or anemia or viral fever or hypothyroidism or age-related frailty etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done blood picture, serum electrolytes and thyroid status. Check for long-run side effects of the antihypertensive drug etc.

Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
