Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The yellow discharge you are saying is commonly caused by chlamydia, or yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis.

A vaginal secretion culture can be done.
chlamydia is well treated with doxycycline and bacterial vaginosis with metronidazole.
While yeast with antifungal drugs such clotrimazole.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
