General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms are alarming and I suspect some central nervous system issue. take your neurologist on board and plan CT scan of the brain. You should also run blood tests to check your hemoglobin levels and metabolic profile to check your serum sodium, potassium, calcium etc levels. If this comes out to be negative then cardiac review followed by EKG would be mandatory.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
