Welcome!

I can realize your health worries. Please don't sleep on the affected side. Give rest to the affected arm during the day too for some weeks. Avoid lifting heavy weight, brisk and repitative movements to avoid wear and tear of the tendon which is already affected.

If you follow the instructions aforementioned, it will go away in weeks. Keep taking medications too. Apply Bengay ultra stretch gel on affected area.

Have a nice time. Have you any doubts or health worries in future you can contact directly from my profile by clicking on Ask me a question, or simply write down my name in start of your question. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Regards!
