What Causes Chronic Pain In The Left Buttock?

Hello! My patient has 5 years left buttock pain at the level of the gluteal fold. Pain is ONLY with sitting. No pain with running, squatting, work out in the gym. MRI of the lower back and pelvis is normal. PT, chiropractic, acupuncture did not work. Ishial bursa injection was done twice. First time did help for 2 mons, second did not. Suggestions? I

Hello,

As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
