What Causes Chronic Pain In Neck And Shoulder?
I have been having neck and shoulder pain but mostly shoulder pain. The pain is worse when I am lying down. It is better when I am sitting. If I stand very long the pain comes back. This has been going on for the last three weeks. It comes and goes.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the shoulder pain then it could be arthritis condition or it may be shoulder pain and the neck pain could be due to muscular spasm in either of this condition I would suggest to have Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, if the condition remains as it is then it may need investigations hope this information helps.
