Hi, I am 31 years old and lead a pretty active life. I run and play sports; am 1.65m tall and weigh approx 60kg. I am experiencing chronic pain in the hips and legs, like a deep dull ache. Do you know what this coukd be and whether it is serious? It's got to the point where it's really affecting me throughout the day as well as at night. I have a desk-bound job, but try to get out everyday for a walk and I train after work for around an hour. I'm a little concerned. Can you help? Also, I have a high pain threshhold and rarely go to the Doctor. I went 5 weeks with an extremely bruised, sore, sprained ankle before having an ultra sound and x-ray to find I had torn the medial ligament clean off the bone and ruptured my calf muscle, so I'm not a push over, but this is so uncomfortable!
