Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Oral ulcers after chemotherapy and radiation treatment is a common finding and it occurs as the chemotherapy and radiotherapy agents kills the rapidly dividing cancer cells and also there is damage to the normal cells inside mouth that are not cancerous..
Mostly these ulcers last for 3 to 4 weeks and resolve gradually..
As you are also HIV positive, due to reduced immunity the recovery might slow down as well as there can be infection leading to exaggeration of the condition..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician or an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can be helpful..
You can be advised to take multivitamins, anti-inflammatory painkillers, doing warm saline gargles and numbing gel application..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
