What Causes Chronic Lower Right Pelvic Pain?

Hi! I am a 57 YO white female, have a hx of hysterectomy in 1991, I have been having lower right pelvic pain for about 5 years I also have an enlarged, painful on palpation right ovary. The pain is increasing. I was scheduled for surgery to correct my prolapsed bladder and remove both ovaries in June of 2016, but, I lost my job and Medicaid would not approve the surgery. I am currently without insurance. My question is: should I go through the emergency room for an evaluation of this pain?
