What Causes Chronic Fatigue And Numbness In The Fingers?
Weakness throughout body, fatigue throughout body, fingers getting numb and number, fine motor function getting worse, chronic pain, osteoarthritis in most joints, wheelchair bound for last 4+ years, but fatigue, weakness and fine motor growing dysfunction came on in last 2 1/2 months

Symptoms are suggestive of vit B12 deficiency as well as cervical nerve compression which is causing numbness in upper arm and fingers.
neurosurgeon consultation is required for proper examination and finding cause of nerve compression.
CT cervical spine is required for it.
start Vitamin B 12 parenterally initially daily for week and then weekly for 1-2 months.
