What Causes Chronic Exhaustion Despite Normal Sleeping Patterns?

Im 25 years old, i have a healthy diet and lifestyle, i sleep an average of 8-10 hours per night but i constantly feel exhausted, i feel like at any time of the day i could go to bed. I have tried vitamins and drinking more water but nothing seems to work?

I can understand your concern.
Feeling exhausted could have numerous causes. low hemoglobin , low vitamin B12, hypothyroidism, stress, depression etc.
Got hemoglobin , vitamin B12 and thyroid function checked as these are the most common causes.
If these all are normal and is this symptoms affect your daily life then consult a doctor for further investigation.
