What Causes Chronic Dizziness?

I am a Master Swimmer and after having a good workout I noticed that I felled a little dizzy. Prier to this I had a bad night , little sleep, my usual Breakfast. had a hair cut before going to the University to do my swim Grocery Shopping after, Home by 12.30 Lunch but still have this dizziness . I am a coach 85 years old and had a tear in my heart 5 years ago ( irregular Heart beat) . No blockage and take 2 Times a Day Pradax 150 m Tablets I also teach Figure Skating

Chronic dizziness can happen due to a variety of reasons. Simple ones that we see in practice are two primarily. One is bppv or vertigo which is a problem of the inner ear. The other is due to cervical spondylosis. Even an irregular heart rate can cause dizziness. Please rest for a day and see how you are doing. If you are status quo plz see an internal medicine specialist. Hope this helps
