What Causes Chronic Diarrhea In An Elderly Person?

Hi Doctor My mother is 70 years of age and suffering from Lose motion since 3 days. The doctors have done all the tests and everything looks fine. but the lose motion is not stopping. Various tests were done for Urine, Stool, Full blood test, sonography ... and everything looks Okay with nothing

I really appreciate your concern, most of the diarrhea are self limiting, hydration needs to be taken care else frequency of 3 to 4 passing stool is normal one and no needs to worry about this if the symptoms persist then stool needs to be examine, do not try to check the diarrhea may cause the paralytic ileus hope this information helps.
