What Causes Chronic Diarrhea Along With Itchy Rectum And Headaches?

I have been having consistent loose bowels, sometimes with no warning, just no control of when it happens. So I have resorted to wearing adult diapers. With this condition comes a very itchy rectum, nausea, headaches and just feeling bad. I had a colonoscopy two years ago, as well as 12 years ago and they removed some adenomatous polyps but they said no big deal. I am almost 64 yrs. old.
