What Causes Chronic Cough?
Hi my mom has been having coughing fits a lot of the time . She usually has them after she drinks anything. She has taken inhalers for a bit now but nothing has changed. The coughing fits last longer and longer she has been drinking pure hot lemon juice and no phlegm is coming up.what can she do?

Coughing only during drinking indicates aspiration into respiratory tract. This usually occurs from paralysis if palatal or pharyngeal nerve and muscles. Kindly get it examined with your doctor.
