What Causes Chronic Cough Associated With Low Grade Fever?

Hi, I have had a bad cough for 5 days with a little w grade fee or. This follows a sever sore throat about two weeks ago. Then I was symptom free for 4 or 5 days. Low grade favor and cough us persistent. After taking aspirin the fervor gives down for awhile then comes back. Can you help?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the afebrile condition now then not need to worry about this because it could be viral infection and cough may take some time to come around, if this is persistence then x-ray would be advisable else no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
