General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* The cough is seemingly related to lower respiratory tract infection via
some sort of bacteria or virus.

* The abdomen pain and vomiting are in concern with excess straining
at abs secondary to excess cough reflex.

* The vaginal bleed though spotting sound underlying hormone
imbalance due to infection with pyrexia condition.

If you can provide all details of your reports of lab data, x-ray, ultrasound and rest of the things, I can focus further regarding the same at a better pace.

Thank you.
Regards.
