General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Indigestion can be from multiple factors as intestine motility-related issues, digestive enzyme disturbances, liver, pancreas or other issues as systemic hormone disturbances of thyroid or else.

The blood in stools is secondary to pressure over the anal canal which most likely co-relate with hemorrhoids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
