What Causes Chronic Constipation Despite Taking Laxatives?
My husband has been constipated for over 10 days now cant go at all.....had a lot of pain at his rectum went to ER on Sat am said he had an abscesse made a X cut about 3/4 of in from his opening for it to drain a lot of bleeding yesterday am no more, still has not gone to the bathroom has taken 2 laxatives a day for 4 days and yesterday took 4, 2 today plus Milk of Magnesium. don t see doc till wed. worried taking to many with no results.
