What Causes Chronic Constipation And Abdominal Bloating After Treating IBS?

I was diagnosed with Irrittale Bowel Syndrome a while back and have been suffering through it but it stopped for a while and I m not sure if it is coming back but now I think something more serious is going on such as frequent uritation constant constipation, I m feeling depressed, my pelvis is hurting I feel bloated. I can t sleep at night I don t know what is going on but It is affecting my everyday life. Could this be more then IBS? Thank you.

Noted the history about a diagnosed irritable bowel syndrome, that is IBS which is supposed to be in control, not sure if it is coming back or not, but have developed now constipation and frequent constipation. Wants to know what this is ...
Since you are in depression, altered mental condition and have constipation, this is IBS-C, C stands for constipation. Frequency of urination may be due to urinary tract infection or due to stress and anxiety.
I would advise you the following:
Send the urine sample for tests: Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Tests of stool and blood too are required.
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.
Colonoscopy to rule out cancer or so.
Get treated according to the clinical evaluation and reports.
Mild laxative should help you relieve constipation and anti-anxiety medications will help to get over the control of IBS.
X-ray would show fecoliths if present and may need evacuation by enema.
Take care, get control over your anxiety or stress .
