Hello,

In my opinion, apart from internal abdominal causes, it may due to adhesion. As you have undergone so many surgeries in the past, I suspect there may be adhesions inside.

This means the skin and internal organs may be glued together with adhesion tissue. So, you may undergo adhesiolysis. Before that, I may get sure regarding other possibilities.

So, I must give some tests:

1. Abdominal CT
2. Complete Blood Count
3. Comprehensive Digestive Stool Analysis (CDSA)

Meanwhile, you can take:

Serrapeptase, 10 mg 3 times daily 2 hours after meals, for 4 weeks.

Also, I suggest you take an appointment with a Physiotherapist, if possible.

I just gave you some suggestion, if possible for you, you can take a physiotherapist appointment.

If the result comes normal, we may consider going for adhesiolysis. Please post the test results, a doctor can follow you up and give you appropriate treatment.

Till then, the above medicine will do. Also, continue pain medication you are taking.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
