For about a month I ve been having abdominal pains that are going from a consistent 2-5 of 10. I ve been to the doctor and er for breathing difficulties and abdominal pain; they checked my stomach via hand pressure testing and let me go with no further investigation. It persists, and I also have an anxiety condition. I had two bowel movements today and both were foul smelling, with floating and undigest foods. The second movement had black specs. The first movement had a small tinge of blood (very small strand) with mucus on the toilet paper. I also have been getting an increased sense of flatulence, sometimes horrendous.
