What Causes Chronic Abdominal Pain With Nausea?
I have had abdominal pain for 1 month now. I have had ct scans that were clean, ultrasound that was clean, hidascan that was clean, and blood and urine where great. The doctor treated me as having inflammation or an ulcer. The pain is still there. Its all over, upper abdomen, lower abdomen, and I just started feeling nausea. I tried throwing up but just dry heaved. After that I spit up mucus and blood. It wasn t large amounts of blood but enough to make me wonder if I should go to the emergency room. Any ideas?

As per symptoms mentioned,and as your doctor told,you could be suffering from Peptic ulcer.Blood vomiting could be due to bleeding from peptic ulcer.Yes you need immediate medical attention.You need to consult a Gastroenterologist so that he can perform some tests to rule out the cause of blood vomit.
