General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You need to give attention to your food intake small servings every 3 hours. Regular exercises for 40 minutes daily (brisk walk, yoga exercises). Avoid sleeping after food. Drink lot of water and eat more vegetables, salads and fruits. It would help in avoiding constipation, bloating, excluding raised cholesterol and diabetes are essential. Consultation of gastroenterologist for treatment of digestive problems (infections, infestations, food allergies, indigestion) and treatment to cure would help out.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
