Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of chills, runny nose, body ache and dry cough which means you are suffering from viral infection and might be a co-infection of bacterial infection along with viral infection.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to
- Do warm saline gargles 4-5 times a day.
- Take muscle relaxant to avoid tiredness and weakness of body.
- Take steam inhalation to prevent further exaggeration.
- Take anti-inflammatory drugs along with oral decongestant like Pseudoephedrine for a runny nose.

Consult ENT specialist for proper examination. Your symptoms will start resolving in 1 week.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari, Dentist
