Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hi,

As you explain the history it seems to be difficult for me to say exactly what is the cause. To be sure please discuss with your doctor who can see you closely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jnikolla,
