What Causes Chills Along With Joint Ache And Dizziness?

66 year old male with severe chills after working outside all day yesterday. Pooible dehydration and he has type 2 diabetes. Got overheated during the night and woke with severe joint pain, dizzy, and nausea. Very lethargic. Drinking lots of water but is peeing very slowly and it is painful.

I can understand your concern.
Acute Renal injury is very common in diabetic patients.
Dehydration is most common cause for this.
So he is mostly having acute renal shutdown which is causing decreased urine output, lethargic feeling, nausea, dizziness etc. So immediately take him to hospital and get done kidney function test. He will need Intravenous fluids.
