General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

If you are having only these two episodes of fever that last 1-2 days and improve on their own and you turn to your normal health in between and you are energetic, no loss of appetite or weight loss than very likely these are just 2 episodes of viral infection that your body is fighting well and healing completely.

If you are having weight loss, night sweats, low energy or any difficulty of breathing outside of these fevers than you will need to see your doctor and have a thorough check especially the lungs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
Antoneta Zotaj, MD
