Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

If there is no rash, this can suggest dry skin. Try applying a moisturising cream twice daily after bath. If no relief in 5 days, let us get her examined once with your doctor to look for any other causes, and manage accordingly. Ammonia rash, or contact dermatitis from any cause should have some rash associated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
