What Causes Chest Tightness After Inhaling Paint Fumes?

I accidentally inhaled spray paint fumes earlier today. I was in a well ventilated area but somehow still managed to inhale quite a bit as there was a sudden breeze blowing in my face.I feel very tight chested. Is this cause for concern? Do I really need to see a doctor?
