Understanding your concern. As per your query you have blood in saliva along with head pressure and dizziness. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , medication reaction or side-effect , dehydration , anxiety disorder or diabetes . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist to rule out condition like inner ear infection and meniere's disease as well as to cardiologist for angina or heart attack like problem . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like amoxicillin at least for a week along with expectorant and decongestant . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenetrologist for acid reflux problem . For now do warm saline gargles and nasal rinses , apply dry warm compresses to ear and avoid bending forward .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
