General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a stomach flu. I recommend to avoid food that can trigger the symptoms such as pizza or spicy food. I suggest to eat small amount of food and drink small amount of liquids frequently. You can also use electrolyte solution such as Pedialyte.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
