Hi, have had a chest pain for a week, pins and needles in arms and legs, feeling sick and a headache. Have had a test for blood clot and diabetes at the doctors yesterday, both negative and an ECG at a&e, also fine. Any suggestions to what this could be please?

Hi welcome to HCM.
Chest pain in your case could have a neurological basis as associated symptoms like pins and needle sensations being attributed to.Coexistent anxiety can contribute to these symptoms.A screening 2 dimensional echo and a tread mill testing can rule out cardiac etiology.Drugs like alprazolam would improve the symptoms.Stress management is ideal.Consult your Doctor for further queries.
Thank you
