What Causes Chest Pain With Difficulty In Swallowing, Earache And Vomiting?

My 20yr old son came home fr work with an earache. He went to sleep for about half an hour then woke up and vomited felt dizzy and weak. After vomiting he started complaining of chest pain stating that it felt like if something was stuck and it hurt when he drank something. He started feeling that pain after he ate lunch at McDonald s earlier at work. His co-worker felt sick and vomited a while after coming back fr lunch. He fell asleep about 15 min ago. What could be making the difficulty swallowing and chest pain?

Hi thanks for using Healthcaremagic
Here the culprit could be the food which he had for lunch. It must have caused some indigestion. The vomiting could be because of that.Indigested food particles in the vomitus can cause small abrasions or tear to the oesophagus. If this occurs there will be difficulty in swallowing. The acidic medium from the stomach also can cause this burning sensation. The chest pain could be due gastritis.Avoid taking spicy and hot food for the time being.Usually these problems will heal by itself.
