What Causes Chest Pain While Taking Deep Breath And Back Pain?
I woe this morning and the muscle in the right side of my back hurt. It also hurt in my right chest when I took a deep breath or coughed. It also hurt if I moved just right. I took a short nap and the back pain is almost gone but now it hurts in the right Brest. I feel it through to the nipple. Could this be a pulled muscle
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have chest pain while taking deep breath and back pain . Well as you told pain increases after arm movement, Most commonly it is muscular pain, happens after strenuous exercises or running etc, It could be a pinched nerve. Then all you would need is some muscle relaxants and physiotherapy. If the pain is radiating to the back then it could be due to pancreatitis. you may have to then get pancreatic lipase and amylase estimation. Also, get a ultrasound to rule out pancreatitis. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist to rule out pancreatitis and orthopedic surgeon to rule out muscle or disc problem .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
