What Causes Chest Pain While Suffering From Heart Disease?
I have had heart failure quite often this year and been extremely anemic, I m now getting chest pains, but not down my left arm, only in the center of my chest. Should I be concerned? My email isn t working at the moment. Is there any other way you let me know. Thanks

you should be cautious
get an ecg done
most Cases chest pain won't radiate to the left arm , even in books they say if the chest pain radiated to the right limb it is more suggestive of Myocardial infraction.,
so I recommend you to go to ER and get an EcG done.
If chest pain is associated with any history of palpitation and sweating consult a general practitioner
