What Causes Chest Pain Despite Having Negative TB Result?

I suffered from TB and was treated under dots for the full course prescribed by doctor. 10 years has passed . In this course of time I undergone check up multiple times to check .. God grace it s test was always negative. Now my question is this ; I still feel pain in my chest. N will I ve normal ever? How will I overcome..?

when someone had TB in life and recovered from it, that recovery caused fibrosis of lung parenchyma and it will remain throughout life,and can be confirmed via CT-SCAN .
Also
you should not worry most of the time about relapse of TB.
