Hi,
I read your query and understand your concern
You don't have reason to be worried too much as your cardiac examination came normal
It seems that your symptoms are those of anxiety disorder so you need to avoid caffeine and energy drinks
Try to use fruit juice and chamomile tea
You can start anxiolitics which will help overpass these symptoms
Those are fully treatable so don't panic
Hope my answer has helped you
Best regards
