What Causes Chest Pain And Acid Reflux?

With everything I eat, I ve been noticing that I have horrible chest pains that feel like heartburn. Not only is it in my chest but my back becomes tingly and itchy. I have pain breathing in and out but it is only when I eat? Could this have something to do with acidic foods or acid reflex?

Hi,

As per your complain you have problem of burning sensation in chest that may be because of acid reflux problem.

- Proton pump inhibitor drug helpful in acid reflux.
- Drink a more water
- Avoid citrus foods and spicy foods.
- Avoid more fatty food and alcohol drinking
- Avoid stress.
- Eat a small amount of meal and chew properly
- Elevate your head during sleeping time

Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
