What Causes Chest Pain Along With Dizziness And Tingling In The Hands?

My husband is 60 and has been having chest pain, dizziness, sweating, nausea, tingling in hands, high bp now 150/98 pulse 85 having already taken BP meds this am. History of Mitral Valve Regurgitation Surgery with 3 Eclips holding the valves in place in 2005

To me, the symptoms of your husband are indicating possible cardiovscular event or aggravation of mitral valve regurgitation.

To me, should monitor his blood pressure, record the results for reference, and consult with his cardiologist as soon as possible. A complete cardiac check up is highly recommended: echocardiogram, EKG, Holter monitoring, plus a complete blood count and biochemical tests.

You should also get his blood sugar levels checked, record the results for reference.
