I am a 19 year old female and I am experiencing middle chest tighteness and heaviness, and when I take deep breaths it hurts. This has been going on since my sister came up behind me today in the store and scared me. This has never happened like this before but I've also had severe chest pain and sharp pains over my heart when I run accompanied with dizziness and weakness, I have put off these symtoms like they're nothing but they way I'm feeling Right now doesn't feel normal. Should I go to the emergency room?
