What Causes Chest Heaviness And Fatigue After Having Gastric Bypass?

I had a gastric bypass 18 months ago. At my last blood labs, my liver enzymes were triple what they were last year. I have been experiencing heaviness in my chest with fatigue, and had a heart Cath yesterday...no significant blockages. No one is sure why I feel so bad. Any thoughts?
