What Causes Chest Discomfort While Suffering From Cryptogenic Organizing Pneumonia?
I have COP (cryptogenic organizing pneumonia) and Stage IV breast cancer. On oxygen since 7/29. COP staying the same on 40mg prednisone. MBC is improving on Xeloda. Such a hollow feeling in my chest though. Oxygen rate drops immediately (to 77) without oxygen and pretty quickly with it too (to about 85). Is the hollow feeling normal?

It could be a part of pneumonia or lung mets.
Consult a pulmonologist and get evaluated.
You have to get a CT scan of the thorax for further evaluation.
