Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would like to tell you that your systolic blood pressure is on higher side which definitely needs medicine to treat. But if Metoprolol is not suiting you, then you can switch the medicine to another group of anti-hypertensive drug.
Kindly stop Metoprolol and start with Telmesarten.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
