What Causes Chest Discomfort And Nausea?

I am having sudden onset of chest discomfort...like a severe case of indigestion. Feel a little weak and faint and nauseous. Don t know if should go to emergency. Had AVR 2 Years ago, still having cont. discomfort for 2 years. Recently taking Gabapentin 100 mg once a night. I hate to go to ER. When should it be time to go to ER? Breathing okay. just feeling cont. chest discomfort. Never have before. Do I need an EKG? Cardiologist oredered and MRI in 4 weeks. Can it be the medication?

Please go to the ER . I will never take any chance in any heart symptoms and all your symptom fit into the picture and you need an EKG.
