What Causes Chest Discomfort After Taking Prednisone?

I ve had sarcoidosis since last fall. I have been taking Pedazone to keep my tempature under control. It has worked well. Last week I over exerted myself at work. My tempature went up to 101, and I had discomfort in my chest. My question is, will over exertion aggregate my sarcoidosis?

applying clindamycin cream to the lesions and having salicilicacid based creams and washes will help lesions from recurring.
for black marks it will take time and not magic but to my observation Mederma cream though expensive will help and also Clinique anti marks or dark spots creams for men. will work effectively if applied consistently over washed clean skin at least twice daily.
