What Causes Chest And Back Pain While Coughing Radiating To The Arms?

I choked on my antibiotic pill today....I have Strep throat, so my throat is inflamed. After choking, I had a panic attack....had to use an inhaler to clear up my lungs. Now when I cough, my back & chest hurt & pains shoot down both arms??? What the heck is that??

Thanks for given information,According to your chest and back pain cough known as pleurisy, this condition is an inflammation or irritation of the lining of the lungs and chest. You likely feel a sharp pain when you breathe, cough, or sneeze. The most common causes of pleuritic chest pain are bacterial or viral infections, pulmonary embolism, and pneumothorax.
you need to perform X.ray investigation,CBC
Kindly advise you consult with pulmonologist
