What Causes Chest And Back Pain, Dizziness And Headaches?
Hello I saw my doctor today and he seemed concerned he said my ACTH and cortisol were both very high I don’t recall the level but I have been having chest pain dizziness head ach sweets abdomen pain back pain and fatigue any idea i am a 28 year old man and have been sick for about four years now its at the point where its effecting my life it hurts to breath in and every thing seams to be getting very bad i have had all kinds of blood work and imaging tests and all that has shown as of now is a spot on my chest whitch no one has looked at and now the high cortasol a atch also about a year ago i was told my cortasol was very low .75 bout now its really high?

Hello , unfortunately your history is not complete , what about weight gain , blood sugar level, blood pressure, as this appears to be a probable case of Cushing's syndrome.
I can suggest you at this point of time that you consult a 'Endocrinologist' or higher centre you need to very thoroughly investigated ,and need to get confirmed --the diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is made , your treatment could be streamlined and you will feel better.
