What Causes Cheesy White Layer On Penis Foreskin With Itching?

hi doctor i have found red spots on my pennis, next day redspots disseapeared and pennis head under the foreskin is changed to red colour and the foreskin is itchy, immedieatley i met a doctor near by. he said a mild infection and he suggested to use cefixime dispersible tablets eldoxime 200DT, allergen, and calydrl lotion for 5 days course... after 2 days pennis came to normal colour and some times itchy on foreskin,but today i saw a cheesy while layer on my pennis , what is it ? please give suggestions to cure to completely. It may be due to any fungal infection.

Use some topical antifungal ointment as a local application.

And antihistamines orally for a week.
